Provide greater freedom of choice by identifying and designing program options which offer greater funding and regulatory flexibility, while managing costs, risk and quality
Advocacy
Develop a framework to ensure our advocacy efforts are cohesive, collaborative, and impactful
Fiscal Sustainability
Establish a leading service delivery and revenue model that leverages best practices, and metrics to objectively drive optimized quality and financial results across the organization
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
Establish a diverse and welcoming environment that provides an inclusive culture with career pathways for all
Governance
Develop a governance model that is inclusive, clear, succinct, allows us to be nimble and act decisively, and supports the overarching vision for The Arc New York

Letting Data Tell the Story: National Stakeholder Survey Results
How was this new framework created? To gather input, we engaged in a two-year participatory process to seek input from a variety of constituents. To understand how we arrived at our new Strategic Framework for the Future of The Arc, we want to share a summary of the insights gained from our stakeholder survey.
